QUINCY FARM

This new family homestead is located on a secluded lot in the rolling hills of eastern Iowa. The scope of work included a new single-family home, barn and a series of utility buildings organized around a central work court. Designed for a growing family of six, the complex is nestled into a steep hillside and adopts elements of the local farm vernacular.
